Yolanda Simonsis

Yolanda Simonsis is a 32-year veteran of the packaging and converting industries. She has held past editorial positions with two former publications of Delta Communications and Cahners Publishing (now Reed Business Information), including Packaging Digest for five years and Converting Magazine for 12 years.

In 1995, Simonsis joined the staff of PFFC, assuming the position of associate publisher and chief editor. She also assumed the position of editorial director of Boxboard Containers Intl. from September 2000 through its closing in February 2002. In 2008 Yolanda led her staff to winning a "2008 Publication of the Year" award from the Printer's National Environmental Assistance Center (PNEAC) for the September 2007 "Green Converting" issue.
